Do I need any special programming knowledge to use DotNetInvoice?
You do not need to be a programmer to run the package. If you plan to customize the look and feel, some ASP or ASP.NET
experience would be helpful.
Installation requires basic technical knowledge such as how to FTP files and execute scripts
against a SQL Server database. Installation services are available (see the

Is the price a one-time fee?
Yes. It also includes 1 year of support and upgrades.

What is the annual price for support & upgrades?
The first year of support and upgrades is included in the purchase price, after that it's $59/year.
You can continue using the product after your support contract has expired, but you will not receive support or product upgrades.

I have my own credit card merchant account. Can I integrate my merchant gateway into your product?
Yes, there is a payment object that handles the interfaces with PayPal and Authorize.NET. A .NET developer could easily extend this class to interface with your merchant account.

Who is using this software?
DotNetInvoice was originally released in April 2005 and is used by hundreds of clients worldwide. Version 2.3 was released in September of 2007.

What are the server requirements?
The software requires a Windows server running IIS (Internet Information Server) and
.NET Framework 2.0.
The script also utilizes a SQL Server database. You must have either MS SQL Server 2000, MS SQL Server 2005 or MS SQL Express.
